The "Caravane du Rire" was inspired by the need to connect people in a region often plagued by conflicts and misunderstandings. The Festival was created as a unifying element that could build bridges across borders. Stand-up comedy was chosen as the medium for its universal appeal and its ability to address serious topics in a light-hearted manner.
